SHIPPING AVAILABILITY

Currently, we only ship within the United States. However, products from Photographic Research Organization (PRO) are also available through select retailers in Australia, Canada, Costa Rica, and the United Kingdom.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During holiday periods, promotions, and other high-volume sales events, processing times may extend to 3–5 business days before shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing tracking information so you can monitor the status of your delivery.

SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES

Photographic Research Organization (PRO) offers FREE economy shipping to the 48 contiguous United States on orders over $80.

For orders under $80, or for shipments outside the contiguous United States, shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

PRO 30-Day Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from PRO for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.

Return Policy Exclusions

Opened consumable items, including inkjet paper, darkroom paper, and similar products, are eligible for warranty replacement only and are not covered under PRO's 30-Day Return Policy.

PRO's 30-Day Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly from PRO-operated websites. Products purchased from authorized retailers, dealers, or other third-party sellers are not eligible for return through PRO. Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product for information regarding their return policies and procedures.
