If you are dissatisfied with your purchase from Photographic Research Organization (PRO) for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions and exclusions outlined below.

Return Policy Exclusions

Opened consumable items (including inkjet paper, darkroom paper, and similar products) are eligible for warranty replacement only and are not covered under PRO's 30-Day Return Policy.

PRO's 30-Day Return Policy applies only to purchases made directly from PRO-operated websites. Products purchased from authorized retailers, dealers, or other third-party sellers are not eligible for return through PRO. Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product for information regarding their return policies and procedures.

Return Shipping Instructions

Please place the item in its original retail packaging whenever possible. Include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation and package the item securely in an outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Exchanges

Please allow 5–7 business days from receipt of your return for exchange requests to be processed.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your account.

Refunds are limited to the original purchase price of the product. Original shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
